Refund Policy

Domestic Orders

At PANCHTAN, we want our customers to enjoy a premium shopping experience. However, please note that we do not offer returns or exchanges under normal conditions.

A conditional exchange may be considered only if the product is faulty in quality or workmanship, provided that:

  • You inform us within 6–12 hours of receiving the product
  • The product is unused, unaltered, and unworn
  • List Item #3Exchange is available only for the same product and size (subject to availability)
  • All shipping costs will be borne by the customer

Quality Review Process

Once you submit a request, our Quality Assurance Department will review your case and provide a final decision.

International Orders

For international shipments, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are offered.

General Care Instructions

  • Store garments in a dry place inside a garment bag
  • Do not wash at home — Dry Clean only
  • Avoid moisture, perfume, or alcohol on embroidery
  • Keep embroidered outfits hanging
  • If loose thread appears, cut it with scissors — do not pull

All products are checked, screened, and approved before shipping to ensure they meet PANCHTAN’s quality, design, and craftsmanship standards.
